DEMINERALIZATION FILTERS

DEMINERALIZATION FILTERS

Some industries require high purity water in the manufacturing process, which is achieved through strong cationic resins capable of removing all cations from the water and strong anionic resins capable of removing all anions from the water.

When they reach saturation they are regenerated with solutions of hydrochloric acid and of sodium hydroxide, for the cationic and anionic resins, respectively.

Features:
  • Two ion exchange columns in PRFV
  • Valves
  • Deposits made of polyethylene with regenerating agent
  • Filters
  • Pipes in PVC
  • Cutting system during regeneration
  • Automatic control valves
  • Control panel with rotameter, microprocessor and conductivity meter
Operation conditions:
  • Working pressure: 2,5 a 6 Kg/cm2
  • Working temperature: 5 a 30ºC
  • Power supply: 220 V/50 Hz
